In today’s world, individuals face a multitude of challenges, both personal and societal, including the tragic loss of innocent lives. This course offers an exploration of how the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) managed and responded to such difficult times, as guided by the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah. By understanding and applying the prophetic methods of dealing with grief, sadness and adversity, participants will learn effective strategies to navigate their own trials and find solace in faith.
